Trying to get food from here anytime after 9pm and you are looking at least half hour wait. I live in Stretton and it’s quicker for me to drive to Branston to get food there and come back than to just go to the Stretton one around the corner from me.
ordered a cheesy chicken stack and they didn’t put in the cheese patty
It's Mc Donald's, it was clean, it was bright, ordering not a problem, but, incredibly slow, I waited 12 minutes to get my Luke warm big Mac. It wasn't busy either.
Called in yesterday just to pick a coffee up were a lovely mac's mid aged lady was selling raffle tickets for a McDonald's charity, only had no change in my pocket until I bought my coffee once I had given her £1 you would have thought I've given her 100. I had walked out of there I felt warm inside just for the price of a coffee and a £1 it set the rest of my day, if there were more folk like this what a wonderful place the world would be. I doubt it, But if you see this message lady, thank you very much.
One of my favourite McDonalds as they do the deliver to car service and all the car park spaces are numbered for delivery. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Also the service is always fast and the food is fresh and hot. This store seems to be the main on in Burton, even open on Christmas day. Any issue just let the staff know and they are more than happy to fix and compensate. Love the wrap of the day!
Ordered plain quarter pounder meal (amongst other meals) and yet again came with everything even though it stated plain on the label. Fries were just about warm after getting home 1.5 miles and in car not walking! Disappointing visit. Will be a long while before I revisit. Maybe some of the staff would be able to understand customer requests by then.
I was particularly hungry after a long morning run and so ordered a large meal via the drive-thru. Got home and was annoyed to see a pathetic portion of chips that would barely pass as a regular! Not the first time this has happened either. If your hungry and order a large, you should get what you pay for. Anyway after driving back to the store to complain, I was indeed apologised to and given a large chips and fresh burger as the first one had gone cold due to driving back to store. Wasn't offered any freebies as good will which was disappointing since I had just wasted my time and fuel. Perhaps more training is needed for this store, I won't be going back for a while.
I stop here often as a wagon driver on regular trips to the area late at night. Started charging for sauce, fine, but let's get the food to a temperature that's above warm first then I will pay more for stuff. Twice now in 2 nights my food has been cold. This time I returned the food.
Chips cold and no salt. 2 out of 3 burgers made incorrectly ( ordered items to be removed but came wrong ) The other burger looked like it had been thrown together in a speed challenge and I had to reconstruct the elements to be able to eat it. Charge 10p per sauce now Staff have no manners and act like they font want to be there. Drinks were flat
