   Every order going back a year was overcooked and upset my stomach, gave them another go and even worse, something that used to resemble chips that a dog could not eat and chicken balls were cremated and they take issue when you call to complain and ask for refund lol. Delivery also is slow and food was barely warm. Shocking at the prices charged…no qc or don’t care, same old excuse that they are busy, never again for me. How they remain in business with multiple competitors is astounding.

   Was my first experience and was horrible the food was way past the app time I called he said it was out for delivery my house is 4 minutes drive away and took 15 minutes longer to arrive and it showed I payed 48+ for cold chips cold special fried rice the skewer sass was cold the shredded chick was thick and cold the peeking shredded beef was cold only thing that was hot was the chicken sweetcorn soup and the spring rolls won’t be back there

   Terrible service! Which is such a shame as the food is very good. Phoned in order at 17.20 was told it would be 30mins turned up at 17.55 to collect and was told it wouldn't be long. Stood waiting 30mins then I asked how long it would be and was told again not long then after another 10mins I asked how long and she said it was being bagged up, after another 10mins I asked where my order was and she said they were just waiting for one more dish. After standing waiting for an hour my order was finally brought out. All that time my 2 young children were sat waiting in the car with my mum. If they cannot make orders on time they should be turning away customers instead of lying to us and making people wait an unacceptable amount of time.

   Ordered at 17:45 was told would be 45 minutes called after an hour wait the girl said be 20 minutes then called again after an hour and a half was told they are away to pack my order girl was rather rude when i asked why so long wait in total an hour later that arrival time and luke warm won’t be ordering again

   Been using oriental city for many years now. Granted food is always late but hot and tastes great. Last night however I placed my order early with the hope that it would be ready and delivered on time but again was an hour late. What was worse was the food was all freezing cold. I had called 40 mins before it arrived to be told it was ready and waiting on a driver so it had obvs sat around all that time. Had to reheat everything. Called and the owner told me is was lying and the food wasn’t cold ! Nice customer service !!! Won’t be using again !! £62 spent and thrown in the bin !

   The food from here is really nice, no question however the waiting times and staff attitude really let this place down. Waiting an hour and 10 minutes for my order and when I went in the staff didn't really have a clue what was going on. If you complain about the fact you've ordered an hour and 10 minutes ago they roll their eyes. I was really disappointed and by the time I drove home the food was cold so it had obviously been sitting for a while. Management need to take a look at why waiting times are so long and speak to staff, it's not professional.
