Full hour wait for delivery. Delivery driver was rude, made me walk a long way instead of just coming to the door. Food was very clearly microwaved. Dumplings looked downright putrid. Pork was sad, tough and dry, despite being soaked in sauce that somehow tasted like nothing. Best part of this meal was the beer and the free tupperware. If you want chinese food, go to Wetherspoons instead.

60 minutes!!!!!! We waited to receive our food. To be disappointed. I am disappointed massively the food was horrible, the portions were small, chips were Mccains, duck was like the Sahara desert DRY!!! Spare ribs were like trying to bite a leather jacket. Sweet n sour…. Or gravy? £80 wasted between 4 adults. Homeless would turn their nose at it. The Staff were also incompetent, we asked how long food would be 3 times, got told 5/10 minutes every time. No compensation. Restaurant wasn’t busy either. 3 people came and ordered after and received food before us, even after us asking again for the estimated time. Wouldn’t recommend.

Family dinner. The chef/manager looked very stressed, as did the one and only server. BUT what a job they did! The food was incredible! The service was amazing considering how short staffed they were. The chef/manager even gave my wife some chop sticks, holders and glasses to take home. Thank you guys, we had a lovely evening

Beware of the set menus. 6 people sharing six prawns in a small dish / is not value for money. Portions do not amount to if you had ordered separately £26.50 each would have given us much more variety . When questioned we were told “ we should have asked before before ordering “ 10% discount was offered but really it should have been 50%. On a brighter note first time we had all ever finished everything in a Chinese restaurant and all still wanted more. ( a lot more )

If I could give them no stars I would I am absolutely disgusted with the restaurant and delivery driver. Ordered from there normally and got a call from the delivery driver about 60 minutes later saying he was where I live (2 minutes away from the restaurant I live), when he wasn’t, I told him where to go and I didn’t hear or see anything for another 20 MINUTES. I told him again where to go and and never heard from him again. I rang the store up and they said the delivery driver dumped it out front of the building, which I know for a fact he didn’t as I was stood there the whole time waiting, so he’s clearly not bothered to deliver it and lied to the owner, and the owner was adamant we had it and said it got received, which was a lie, so we got blamed by the owner and lied to by the delivery driver. The delivery driver even showed the owner were he supposedly ‘dumped’ it which never happened meaning he did know where we lived and I was stood there the entire time so clearly didn’t bother, and he apparently called the buzzer which never happened either as it is extremely loud. Wasted 3 hours of my life with this awful restaurant, I recommend staying clear at all costs if you actually want to receive your food

I booked an early family dinner for 7 of us, at 5.30pm, as we were going to panto at Theatre Royal, 7.00 start. We arrived promptly, were shown to our table right at rear of restaurant. Our meal order was taken quickly, to make things simple we opted for a set menu option. However, we waited over 30mins for our starter, and then after another lengthy wait I had to twice go and ask if our meals could be hurried up, explaining we were due at the theatre. On the second ask I had to go through to the front where I realised take away customers and delivery drivers were being given priority... not impressed at all!!! When our food finally arrived I'm not convinced we had enough portions, but no time to quibble. Also everything tasted overwhelmingly of chilies, which masked the more delicate flavours entirely. We ended up having to gulp our meal down in a 20 minute rush, no time to enjoy it, and then had to run to the theatre. This was my pre-Christmas treat for the family. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

We got a delivery and ordered online at about 2 in the afternoon. It said we could pre order for 5:30 when they could deliver. Then they show up half an hour later and proceed to tell me I’ve done it wrong and should have ordered through Uber eats instead of their website which we used . Anyway once we started eating the food was Luke warm, dry and had almost no flavour. In addition one of the meals was not what was expected and had no taste and was watery. The duck was soggy and also no flavour. Even the prawn crackers had no taste. Worst Chinese I’ve had to date and way over priced.

Not too bad if you want a standard Chinese meal, they do a decent enough job of the food. Was disappointed there were some Malaysian style dishes on the menu that were not unavailable. The staff didn't seem too happy to be there, perhaps understaffed as our drinks took a while to come. Would go back and try again definitely. Pricing was pretty good considering the current climate.

Great decor, nice atmosphere, helpful and caring staff, although waiting time for the main dish was a litlle bit too long (slightly over one hour). Nevertheless, it was worth waiting, as the food was really tasty (I can speak for the tofu and shrimp soup, noodles with pork&shrimp and noodles with smoked tofu, king shrimps and chilli pepper) and free starters are provided along with the water (i.e. crab crisps and sweet-hot sauce). Overall, chinese food well above average, good time spent there and reasonable prices, my definite recommendation for a night out. :)

Great atmosphere, subtile music, service was excellent and food one of the best Chinese I've ever had! Prices are affordable. Will definitely come back!
