   I asked for peri peri and got lemon n herb, i expected a piece of chicken like a leg or thigh n got pieces they also forgot my rubicon. Only thing i enjoyed was the salad…. N in response to ur reply… i know exactly what i ordered… even the driver apologised…u DID NOT give me what i ordered which was peri peri.. it was blatantly lemon n herb.. u need to get peoples orders right!!!! What if i had an allergy to lemons???

   I placed for delivery and when recieved the call from driver i told him that i am coming down stairs within next moment when when i open the door food was left on the floor. when i called at the shop the man picked up the call and was also very rude. never gonna place order again. really disappointed. i usually order from here but never gonna order again now.

   I have been ordering from here for around 3 years now, nearly 4 -5 times a weeks… one day we ordered and the delivery driver decides to call when outside the house as i didnt hear the door. So he left a voicemail which then i heard later… he had left the phone ringing me whilst having a rude disgusting conversation about my wife in the car outside my house with his friends in ther passanger.. i was fuming i instantly went to the takeaway and complaint - all i got told was ‘sorry wont happen again’

   Ordered peri peri loaded chips. They added that paper inbetween the tray and food and my food is all melted and stuck on the paper. Can’t get a bite without eating the paper. Paper is so thin that there’s no way of moving the food off the paper. What was the need for the paper?

   DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. This place provides extremely poor customer service. I did not receive my food and when I expressed this to them and the way I was spoken to was appalling. They did take any accountability and both the men I spoke to raised their voice at me. I have seen many other reviews and it is clear to me that this is what they do. Many people have expressed that after their order is placed they never receive their food. It is clear that this place just want money without delivering the food service. I am beyond shocked with the attitude of the workers. Please do NOT waste your money here they are scammers.

   We came in to inn The food was amazing the chicken curry fresh and roti salad was OK... But it was really cold in the shop. We asked for the heating to be on it came on and off and when I asked about it the young boy replied "is it not cold yet" I found it hilarious but due to health I need to be in the warmth I think customers should be prioritised I bought a friend from Birmingham to sit in the cold . Thing the shop it self fails the resturant as the chefs food was amazing that's a credit to them . The shop needs updating and food stick needs clearing there was boxes everywhere and as for health and safety this a risk to your customers

   Ordered my kids and my lunch on Uber. Had a very bad experience with the delivery man twice. He was accused me being late to collect my order. Even though i have to come down from the 4th floor with my kid to collect from the main gate. He was very aggressive. The way he behave was unacceptable.
