My daughter started QH at the beginning of the year moving from a state school to this privately run enterprise. I have nothing but praise for the school its standards and its ethos. Have just received her school report, I can only echo my findings; the input from the teaching staff clearly shines in her latest report. She has excelled in the short time she has been at the school and is again showing great interest in learning. Having left the state system (apparently underachieving) she is now at a secure and mastery level in all her subjects! Last year when attending EWS in Roade Northamptonshire, she would come home complaining about disruptive and uncontrolled classes, lazy teachers and a lack of teacher input. Because of the teacher input at QH ,in the last six months we have seen an enormous change in her interests and quality of work. This is simply because the school, the teachers and the surrounding environment is stimulating and pushing her to excel. I have never been an advocate for private schooling as I have always believed this should be delivered through state taxation. However having seen the difference in the delivery of teaching and the enhanced standards (more or less for the same money) I will never return to the state sector. QH has been a great success for us and gets the thumbs up all round. Keep up the good work it hasn't gone unnoticed.

Not very good. Since taking on another school, the school is operating at more than full capacity. There has been a lot of turnover at senior levels. Exam results not great. They have dropped the sixth form, so it now doesn't go to 18. The school does not respond to criticism unless it is on social media.

I am very pleased that I chose Quinton House for my children. They joined in Year 7 and they are very happy. QHS has a family feel to it and I know that my children are cared for. The staff are all so lovely. I am satisfied that the standard of teaching is sufficiently high enough for my children. Students are regularly assessed and this ensures your child is in the right group for their style of learning. QHS has plenty to offer. My children regularly participate in extra-curricular activities offered by the school. They also take advantage of breakfast club (small charge for food) and homework club at no extra cost. It would be fair to say that I love all aspects of the school.
