The nicest Chinese takeaway I’ve had. Me and my boyfriend both really enjoyed our meal. It is definitely our new go to takeaway place!
My regular Chinese takeaway, such a great variety of dishes and they will cater to your requests if needed! The staff are so friendly, the delivery driver is lovely and the food is always so fresh and delicious! My only wish would be for tofu dishes, but everything vegetarian is cooked so beautifully!
We have used Yam Sings for 20 plus years, always have a good takeaway from here. Never eaten in the restaurant. Food is always good quality, hot & tasty. We tried another Shepshed takeaway last night, as Yam’s is closed on a Monday. It very was a poor second, won’t be moving my custom away again, I’d rather wait an extra day.
Chinese eatery with some seating (best to book). Predominantly a takeaway. Small car park at rear. Good service. Hit and miss dishes (v.good squid & yuk shung, good sweet n sour, terrible Thai green curry (weird thick sweet sauce), ok mixed veg). Good drink selections. Very reasonably priced. Feels like a restaurant past its heyday.
By looking at the menu I thought it’s just another British style Chinese food. As I’m from Hong Kong, I didn’t have much expectation. I was here because of my half Hong Kong half British friend. Not disappointed guess I should thank my friend. Will surely come again.

Ordered from here as apparently the best Chinese in Shepshed...it was absolutely awful, special chow mein although I'm not sure what was 'special' about it as it was greasy and the neat in it was unchewable, tragicaly soggy salt and chilli chips and tasteless curry sauce. Will definitely not use again
We ordered from here off the cuff last night and i am so glad we did, The food was amazing. We called up at about 6:15pm to place an order and because of the popularity of this place as a restaurant we were told food would be ready to collect at 7:00pm, It was well worth the wait We ordered several dishes and each and everyone was beautiful, Plenty of meat in meat dishes and clean fresh crunchy vegetables, The BBQ ribs were to die for, This has to be the best Chinese i have tried. Well done Yam Sing you have a new regular
