   Can’t rate the food as it still hasn’t turned up yet over an hour after it was supposed to arrive. Service is appalling. They’ve promised for the whole of the last hour that the food was only 5 minutes away. Despite remaining very polite they’ve now put the phone down on us and we still have no food at 22.30. A case of should have read the reviews before we ordered….

   If I could give zero stars I would. On a Wednesday evening, ordered at 19:00, didn’t turn up until 22:00. It does not need to take 3 hours to deliver to Hilton from Burton on a Wednesday evening! Called three times to ask where the order was and were told it’s on its way or it’s 20 minutes away. The sweet and sour sauce was more like a sugary jam. Chow mein was mediocre, and spring rolls had hardly any filling in. They take too many orders on and can’t fulfil deliveries at a reasonable time. Never again!

   First time ordered today since 8pm, rang twice to check but still not ready. We just live down the road and it’s very disappointing experience. We are still waiting for the food as I’m typing my review and almost 10pm. Told me that it would be another 20 minutes, what a joke. Would not recommend

   Have used them for a good while now, throughout corona and before. Food is always good, hot and as ordered. Delivery can sometimes take a while (I order via apps which give timings and they generally go to the later end of what's given) but only once did I have to chase it, obviously a busy day. It happens. Friendly delivery staff, same for in the shop itself on the few occasions I've done a pickup instead. 5* Hygiene rating, and normal practices seen for food storage and prep as you'd find in other fast food Cantonese shops. I'm a former food hygiene auditor myself and haven't seen anything that would worry me, which isn't always the case around here, I can say!
