   We took our Son for a birthday gift. Captain Rick was great. Our Son had a great time and so did we. Rick is a great guy with years of experience. He was very welcoming and took his time explaining clearly how it all works. The building is very nice with refreshments available. Everyone should experience this at least once.    My son had an exceptional flying experience with Rick today. Rick was so generous with his time and attention and my son (and I, just by watching as the passenger) learned more from him in half a day than in the flying lessons and simulation my son had before. Rick was warm, welcoming and meticulous - he clearly wanted both of us to have a perfect experience and he gave my son confidence in suggesting he think about flying as a career. The simulator and the graphics were exceptionally good - as a passenger I actually forgot I was in Biddenham - I have experienced other simulators but this one was incredible - Hong Kong at night was extraordinary - I flew into Kai Tak as a young person living in Hong Kong and felt as nervous as I used to on a real plane. Rick taught my son preparation, anticipation - so many details he had not known - with patience and an authentic enthusiasm for flying. He judged perfectly when he thought my son could take control and when he needed help and even suggested he repeat a landing to improve the approach which we thought was so generous - he wanted my son to get it right. Every detail from the preparation briefing to the flight planning was tailored and thought through. Rick answered the smallest question from us both with care. He illustrated from personal experience but there was nothing anecdotal about the information; as with all really good teachers, everything was said to help understanding and to make things clear, including (perhaps especially!) the fun stories. And even after three flights and much instruction, Rick still had the energy and care to think about things to make a mum happy - creating good photos for the family (and thank you for running after us with my forgotten glasses!). Rick is an exceptional instructor and a real gentleman. We will definitely be back. And what a treat to give a young (or old!) person - more people should know about this business!

   I bought this simulator experience as a birthday present for my aviation loving boyfriend, and it was absolutely brilliant! Capt. Rick was so welcoming and made us feel quite at home with a welcome cup of tea and time for a chat, before a really interesting and comprehensive briefing. Rick was more than happy to answer the many questions we had and explained everything in a way we, as total novices, could understand. In my boyfriend’s words.. Rick Cordes’ professional, insightful, welcoming and enthusiastic approach were the perfect complement to the immersive simulator experience. It was the extension of a boyhood dream of mine to sit at the controls of an A320 from within the simulator cockpit, and no shortcuts were taken in Rick’s thorough teaching of each and every element of a takeoff, cruise and landing. Indeed, attention to detail was evident from the very beginning, with specific touches like ‘onboard’ tea and coffee and a safety briefing tailored for the Bedford facility. Recalling many stories from his career, Rick’s love for aviation is infectious, and greatly adds to the enjoyment of the experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rick Cordes and his facility to anyone interested in sampling the feel of an A320, curious about a career in aviation, or those looking to further their training.    Truly an awesome and amazing experience. I bought a flight Sim session for my husbands birthday and he absolutely loved it. So informative and technical and a great gift for aviation fans and those who love flights sims on PC. Rick was a lovely instructor, such a calm and friendly presence who was so knowledgable on everything planes. Really amazing cockpit thats identical to the real thing. Easy to get to from central London as well if you aren’t able to drive. What a treat!

   My husband treated me and our 2 daughters to a weekend in Bedford. He then surprised us with the idea of flight simulation at ProFlite UK. To be honest, I was was not moved by the idea, until we met owner Rick. He made us feel at ease from the minute we arrived and I became excited about the opportunity to actually fly an A320 Flight. You are an amazing instructor Rick, no question was too much for you, your answers were just right for our level of understanding and I cannot thank you enough. Thank you for putting your expertise out there for others to enjoy and I profoundly recommend, it’s an opportunity of a lifetime if you are an Airline Enthusiast and a great source of knowledge if you are a pilots looking to build on your skills.    I bought my son an Airbus A320 Experience flight for Christmas and it was the best present he has ever had! Captain Rick Cordes is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained all the various aspects of the aircraft clearly and patiently helped my son understand the various controls of the A320 and procedures of flying. I would thoroughly recommend ProFlite and we are looking forward to another session soon.

   My teenage son had a awesome time with Captain Rick. My son has started to take flying lessons so Captain Rick allowed him to take quite a bit of control. He had a brilliant experience and was left beaming for the rest of the day. I really enjoyed watching too. Captain Rick is everything you would expect from a Captain and more; his wealth of knowledge makes the experience so much better than any other simulators we have tried in the past. We are already planning to go back. Do not hesitate to book; you will love it.

   We booked this flight experience for my 13 year old son. The set up is extremely professional and exceeded all our expectations. When my son really showed interest and I think aptitude, the flight instructor added flight scenarios and really fuelled his interest. Everything was extremely realistic, instructions delivered in a clear way, and my son was allowed to take great control of the simulator after a while. The chats about aviation, hearing the pilot's experience made this an extra special day for us. He went above and beyond a standard session and made it exceptional.    Booked my teenage son an hour on the Airbus 320 simulator as he aspires to be a pilot. Captain Rick welcomed us, took us through a short briefing and then my son took to the controls...all I can say is wow it was an amazing experience for him. It was fantastic even for me as a spectator, no doubt we will be visiting again. Well organised and professional approach and Captain Rick ensures participants get the most from their session.
