   My wife is a regular customer at this branch and is always blown away by the customer service. She tries to pick out Amanda who is always very helpful with finding the "just perfect" outfits in terms of fit, colours and style. She seems to know what she looking for and knows where to find it. If only all service was as good as that provided by Amanda Coalthard.

   Mint Velvet Newbury is my favourite shop, I've never had a bad experience with any member of staff, they are all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile for you. I have to say my wardrobe is now 90% Mint Velvet and that's largely down to the staff and their helpful not to mention the fabulous clothes. Would recommend this store to anyone.
