Lisa & the team so helpful, friendly & shopping a pleasure in the first class shop! So sad to hear that it is closing, really angry actually as staff will lose their jobs, customer service will no longer exist & my friends & I will never buy online! Are any management really listening to what people want????

Love the clothes in Phase Eight in Winchester, always a perfect fit. The team who work there are great, all of them are incredibly helpful. On my latest couple of visits when I've been looking for outfits for particular events, Lisa has helped me on both occasions. She is honest when something doesn't look quite right so you know when she says something looks good, it's really does!
I needed a wedding outfit and Lisa could not have been more helpful and patient in helping me find the right one. Also the next day Roz went over and above ringing other stores to find my favourite trousers and getting them sent to Winchester. Great service ladies.
To senior management at Phase Eight....... Lisa (working Saturday afternoon 17/7 in Winchester)is just the type of employee you want. She treated me with courtesy and didn't just dismiss me. Lisa helped me to decide on a lovely dress and was helpful and polite. I need some more occasion dresses and will be buying some more throughout the summer. I will always ask for Lisa, and suggest to others - if you want great service, courtesy and help to find something that suits your body shape - ask for Lisa to help you as well!
