Staff member went the extra mile to find denim sandals in the sale. This involved finding a store which had the item, sorting out a gift card and postage, confirming the order in a further phone call. The sandals arrived today and I’m thrilled as they are perfect! Thank you! (sorry I didn’t find out the name of the person who gave such great customer service but you know who you are)

I bought a blouse and wanted a second as I loved it so much but it was discontinued but the lovely Clarisse went out of her way to look at all the other branches to see whether one was available. Sadly not, but she then went on to help me find a different one that I love even more - very helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend this store :)
I bought a shoe , and I realised shoe was like a used. after 5 min. I took it back the shop and staff was not very friendly when I said that the shoe was like a second hand. The bottom of the shoe was worn out.
Lovely clothes & great staff! Recently I have really given the 2 managers at the Winchester store a few challenges & everytime they have risen to the challenge & been patient, caring & attentive. They have taken time to ring round stores all over the country to get me the size I needed & let me know when it has arrived in store. Thank you ladies from one highly satisfied customer!
Oh so difficult to contact have been trying for 30 plus minutes and no-one is answering the phone. Busy, busy, busy or ignoring the phone? I noticed that this habit of ignoring customers is not just limited to me.
Went to the Winchester store today. Not one of the assistants acknowledged me. I wandered around with items I wished to try....still no one offered help. I took myself into the changing room, tried several items on, then left the store walking past one of the girls....still no acknowledgement. I will not be back.
