I ordered the Trixie Dress from The Well Worn. However, it was too big. Following contact with Emma she agreed, without quibble, to exchange it for a size small, which fits perfectly. The dress is beautifully and skillfully made with refined attention to detail. I would definitely recommend and purchase from TWW again.
I ordered a handmade dress and it fits perfectly, the quality is amazing, the material used is beautiful! It didn’t take long to arrive too! I was so pleased that I will definitely order from the well worn again. They are very helpful with questions you give to get the sizing right. When the parcel arrived I kept repeating “please fit me” out loud to myself and yes it fit me exactly right. It is a big purchase but you can see and feel the difference in quality from buying shop bought clothes. Even if you go to an expensive high street shop the quality won’t match this. Treat yourself!
Just received my second piece of upcycled/restitched/reworked gorgeousness! Snoopy sweatshirt to wear with my denim shorts. Both pieces are absolutely fabulous. I love the detail, the fit and the uniqueness of them, and thank you to Emma who has been a pleasure to deal with ❤️. Keep on doing what you are doing, it’s fantastic! X

This company is fraudulent. I ordered from them May last year I have been in touch with them 12 times I have now given up. But will never give up posting reviews. I have received 12 replies + and you would not believe the excuses. Each time the latest ridiculous excuse with a I'm so glad you have reached out to us. I keep all the emails so if anyone ever takes them to court they maybe useful. Please do not be scammed by this fraudulent business. Their head office Well Worn Studios.

This was my first time ordering with ‘The Well Worn’ and I was initially unsure as I have a long body and I hate the hassle of returns. I contacted the owner on instagram and she kindly measured the dress for me and fully explained her returns policy, meaning I could buy with confidence. When the dress arrived it was so beautifully packaged and the dress was perfection. It’s such an individual piece - I will wear it forever. So happy.
