   I had a really great experience in the Seasalt shop in Winchester. Freya was really helpful and had a lot of patients to help me find what I needed/ wanted. Offering me lots of options, and pushing me out of my comfort zone when it came to options of clothing. She also helped with the styling of outfits which is something I struggle with, giving me the confidence to try new patterns and different colours. There was a great rapport amongst staff as well. I walked away a very happy customer and will definitely be coming back!

   Had an amazing experience today with Samantha at Seasalt in Winchester. My Mum was trying on dresses for a wedding and Samantha was most helpful giving advice and sourcing jackets making Mum at ease, confident and comfortable in the dress she bought making for a wonderful experience in store today.

   Good Grief! I will not be returning to this branch of Seasalt again, which is a shame because I love their clothing, and their staff are normally very helpful and courteous. Having seen a man who I think is the manager (a small, angry boy of a man) having what can only be described as a tantrum with customers and other staff, I have been put off from returning here. This mans disgraceful behaviour was unprofessional for any member of staff, particularly if he is, as I suspect, the store manager. Perhaps it would be a good idea for this "disrespectful angry person" to be sent on a course teaching him good manners and the ability to behave correctly around his staff and customers alike.

   Never buy anything online with these guys. You'll just be disappointed when you get an e-mail a week later with ZERO explanation as to why the order is cancelled. Great time of year to be doing this Seasalt. If you don't have stock then don't let people order it in the first place.
