   I returned two dresses and only one has been refunded. The online chat is terrible and there is no number. Every reponse in email reels me to wait more then 15 calender days but it's been nearly 25!! The online chat told me to refresh the chat while I was waiting every 5 minutes or I would loose the chat and it was a two hour wait!! The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Especially as I returned my items into the store this should have been easy. Feels like new look is on its way out, it repkys mainly on Ai and so far they have stolen my money with no way of getting it back!

   I hope they read my review It makes me very confused that when they hire people they ask 100 ques About helping customers being polite, having a great communication with customers etc Manager of this store is very rude, when u ask her some questions she answers with huff and puff She needs to learn some manners I gave 3 starts for other young staff who always are nice and polite None of the stars are for Mrs manager!

   Worst customer service. Been reassured by the staff that I am able to return jewelry, only to be told in fine print that that's not the case. When confronted manager, she bluntly admitted that we are paying for their staff mistakes. Just shocking, appalling behaviour

   Me and my partner was waiting to use the changing rooms and a newlook staff wearing a blue dress, rudely asked to see my items of clothing I had picked up and took the number hanger and put it over all the clothes. Which meant that it was a nightmare to try on the clothes. She also told my partner to stand by the shoes which was said in a unprofessional manner. The use of manners would be helpful for her in which she could go further within the company. As for paying at the till, the lady we went to was miserable in which this could prevent from customers returning in the future. This shop needs a lesson learnt on manners and how to approach customers!!

   I was served by a girl called Natalie. She was so polite and friendly. She helped me with all I was looking for. She went above and beyond to ensure I got all I was looking for. She made me feel like it was no problem when I was trying to find what I needed. Lovely girl with amazing customer service.

   Probably a perfectly average shopping experience, should you choose to indulge. Quite why the proprietors consider it acceptable to assault the centre of a picturesque cathedral city with the ‘beats’ of an over-enthusiastic DJ is beyond me though.
