I was helped today by Luke who was just lovely and polite. When I went to pay for my travel pillow he noticed I had a blue light card in my purse. He then said that he noticed and would I like to use it for discount. As someone who forgets to ask, I was amazed and delighted when he did . Thanks Luke- you’re an asset to the branch.

Very helpful team in Winchester ⭐️ I popped in today to the mountain warehouse store in Winchester. I am not local but was staying nearby. I ha e been looking for a dry robe type jacket for a while. I had a look in the store but could bot find any. A lady called Marie or Maria offered to go have a look upstairs in the store room. She managed to find one and it was perfect. And a great price. Very friendly and helpful. Great service, thank you

Needed a sleeping bag for my daughter to do a Duke of Edinburgh Silver expedition last summer. The young guy that helped me recommended one (this was last May/June) although it wasn't cheap, it was really compact and my daughter said it was worth every penny as it was so cosy and small!!
Went into Winchester shop today. Dress in sale. Not my size she looked on computer . Yes we have your size. Asked a young man with glasses to get it please. His answer was in a box. Delivered to the store. But couldn't get it for me. No apology that was it. Nada!!!!
