    Don’t order online - Ordered a suit online for collection, I was then contacted by a company in India who required me to confirm personal information from my past addresses and information from the electoral register, all to buy a suit when then money had already been taken! When did I agree to this? Ive already paid for the suit, just send it. Would I need to do this if I paid in store on the same card… probably not… Order cancelled. No confirmation of cancellation and no money returned or written confirmation of a refund…. Just avoid this company. It’s a completely stupid process when you’ve already taken payment.

    For my graduation in July 2025 my mum and I went here to look for some nice clothes, because I am stupid and I forgot until the day before. Hasnain (I believe it's spelled like that!) was insanely helpful, not forcing styles or concepts but guiding me through what I feel good in and what I liked. My mum loved him even more. Understandable. He was a king! Enjoyable experience and felt very good after, during my graduation and celebrating the evening after. Thank you again bro!

    A pair of shoes brought from next wore out. The manager at the the store says nothing can be done because it's worn out. The whole point of requesting for a return is that it dint last 2 days. She was extremely rude, turning her self off while speaking and literally drove us out of the store. We have been shopping there since a long time and it's going to be never again.

    Never back again . My son was unwell and vomited and when I asked one lady (manager or somthing like that) for help she treted me with her back . I don't think they would like to be treated like that when their kids are unwell . They should have more trainings about customer service .
