I bought a jacket from the Superdry store and within 3 months it started to show wear and nearly, all the thread was coming out, the inner padding was misplaced and part of the zipper was broken. This all happens within a few months (first-time experiencing such poor quality). The worst experience had with Aberdeen’s Superdry store: they declined the request to claim the warranty and the manager said “She herself doesn't like the quality of the brand and wouldn't wear their product as well!”. Even the online help center does not want to help because the store manager had already taken her decision and there isn’t any other way to check the product!
Was tasked with picking something for my wife for a meal and a few drinks the same night. Staff were brilliant at helping me make sure I got the right size just from me describing my wife's height and shape. You don't get this shopping online so get out and visit an actual shop before they're gone. Thanks to the lassie involved 10/10

I'm not that big but the only thing in that shop my size is the woolly hat's! Even the xxl is like a skinny fit on me!

Wonderful staff, especially a girl her name was Nicola, she was lots of help, great customer service! Very happy with my shopping there, definitely recommend as staff is friendly and helpful and store is well maintained.
Always great quality and really good bargains in their sales, only issue I have is that their sizes seem to be a hit or a miss hence the 4 stars. I ordered 2 shirts online both a size M, wife nipped into the store and picked them up, When I tried them on, 1 shirt fitted perfectly and the other was far too small and had to be returned, which was disappointing as they had none left in a bigger size.I've found the same in store too, some tee shirts I'm a M and some a L, but I suppose they are not the only shop that's like this and is only disappointing when you can't get the next size up for the garment you want.
