   Absolutely shocking behaviour from security and also the store manager! Myself and sister who has special needs, had decided to do the hour and a half drive on christmas eve to get a few bits and bobs, I do my best to support my sister in being a little more independent. So I let her go and pay for the items, while I stood waiting for her, I had 2 sweatshirts that I wasn't sure on purchasing yet as i knew i might have over spent, so my sister comes to me with a big smile on her face because she had managed to do this on her own, so we stepped around the corner to see if we hadn't spent too much...as if we hadn't we could then purchase the two sweaters, the total cost was £156 so we hadn't went over the amount we agreed to spend in primary. Then out of nowhere this security guard appears from nowhere and just stands behind me saying nothing...I then ask if there was a problem? For him then to say that he had seen me standing at the bottom of the tills with these items..very strange thing to say. And he said he was coming to ask if I needed assistance....he then went on to say that he saw me as he approached me that i had "placed the 2 items on top of my bags" 3 bags filled to the top , and the sweaters were men's and were on hangers...not folded and in any bags! the manager then came over , did not ask me what the situation was but instead told the security guard, well it's Xmas eve....I honestly couldn't believe my ears! There must have been some kind of embarrassment for her as she did not ask to see my receipt for the £156 worth of items I had just bought, and I still paid for the 2 items because I hadn't went over the budget! I left without an apology and a very distressed sister. Never again.

   This store has 3 floors and only a fraction of it is dedicated towards menswear. In the entire shop, there was 1 rack of "smart" work shirts to choose from. None of which were suitable. Little point in going to this Primark if you want mens clothing. I was also accosted by another customer whilst trying to leave the store. I previously emailed Primark to ask why there is such a lack of mens clothing in this branch, to which I had no response. It seems even their customer services don't care.

   Unisex and women's changing rooms, but no men's. Straight up sexism. Staff speaking foreign languages on the shop floor. We're in Britain, English please. Why would I ask for help if they're going to talk over customers in multiple languages. It's intimidating. Who knows what they're saying.

   Not been to Primark for a few years, and the place is just as I remembered it super busy and the queue about fifty or more people deep. That being said they have a good selection of products and the prices are reasonable. I went here to get some bits and bobs for the kids school, so all in all pretty good for what it is.

   Good prices. Good variety of products and if you are just accompanying somebody you can just seat down and plug your phone to charge its battery while waiting for your partner to finish to leave the place.
