   For the last couple of years I have visited this shop every couple of months, for the lingerie yes, but more importantly for the interactions with the incredible staff. Not only have they gone above and beyond helping me find pieces to wear for photoshoots, but they have made me feel like I am at home by how lovely, helpful and patient they are. I don’t think i’ve spent less than an hour there purely based on how much freedom and confidence I feel to try on as much as i want and get the type of conversation that first and foremost professional but it has such a warmth to it that makes me feel like I am chatting with friends. The entire experience makes this store probably one of the only physical shops I love to visit these days. Every single staff member has been so welcoming and so great to engage with that i’ve found myself laughing and leaving feeling so uplifted. Shai, Nelly, Amy and the beautiful other staff member with red hair who I unfortunately did not get her name have all continuously made my trip to the shop memorable.

   Went to the store uncertain of what I was looking for and the staff I spoke to were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The freedoms they seem to have with their dress code makes it so much more relaxed and less stressful to shop there. I mostly got help from a girl with blue hair who explained a lot of things to me, which helped me make informed choices rather than potentially buying something that would be a waste. 100% go here if you're unsure as the staff are so well-informed.

   Aberdeen store !!! The customer service at the main desk is appalling the girl with the stupid dyed hair is rude and very unhelpful!!! Buying a gift for my wife for Christmas which I eventually bought a gift but the experience was definitely not what I expected from this store !! I even had to ask her to wrap the item in paper which she took to be too much trouble!! Really bad customer service…

   I came to this shop by recommendation from a friend and I had a really great bra fitting with Issy this weekend - she was very patient and attentive the entire time. The bras I chose in the end were very reasonably priced and Issy even went around the shop to find my size in other colour ways that I had not seen yet. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great shopping experience :•)

   I went into this store today around lunchtime and was served by a lass who’s name I didn’t catch. She was wearing a flowery dress and had dark hair. She was quick to offer me assistance and listened to my questions and queries before recommending me a number of products and even retrieved a display model from the back for me to have a closer look at. She was incredibly helpful, recommended me some related accessories at payment and she is a true asset to the staff. Thank you again for all your help!
