   I purchased suits for myself and my groomsmen from Moss, and was looked after by Scott. His personal approach and attention to detail made the whole process effortless. From selecting the suites, getting measured and customising my design, to coordinating the perfect accessories, Scott was superb. The quality of both the suits and the service was excellent, and Scott's continued support ensured everything was just right for the wedding (of which I received many compliments for just how good I looked). I would highly recommend Moss.

   We used Moss Bros in Salisbury for my sister wedding and Kieran has been unbelievable helpful! We have lots of different people ranging from 96 year olds to 13 years olds. Some needing to rent vs buy and he’s accommodated everything fantastically. Obviously, it’s a stressful time and he made the process so easy, everyone fits their morning suits perfectly and we are picking it all up a few days before the wedding! Thank you Kieran!

   I would highly recommend this store and team- Specifically Jordan, who every single time we saw him (3 times in total) went above and beyond- despite juggling multiple clients at the same time. He has provided the most perfect fit with his tailoring knowledge, getting his suit custom made for my fiancés measurements.    I was looking at renting/buying 7 suits for my wedding in November. I went in and got measured and paid a deposit of 50%, so I would need to pay the remaining balance off in time before the event. I asked to cancel the booking as I found a more suitable colour from elsewhere and they have charged £20. I would understand if it was within 30 days of the event but 8 months notice and still get charged £20 is terrible service. The gentleman on the phone couldn't explain why apart from its in the T&C's. So basically I got charged £20 for a tape measure around my chest.

   We recently had an issue with suit rental for a wedding. The courier failed to deliver the suits to the store as planned. The staff were extremely helpful, escalating with the courier, locating alternatives, offering to personally drive the item to us once it arrived. We managed to get the item in time thanks to their work. Sometimes things don’t go to plan but they handled it exceptionally well!

   So immensely happy with the service at this Moss Bros (Salisbury). The team were great! Extremely professional but also friendly and genuine. I liked how they were happy to give me their views on what would look good for an outdoors summer wedding. I went in with my fiance looking for my wedding suit but had had such bad luck before hand that I didn't want to get my hopes up. I told the team about my predicament and in less that half an hour they had measured me up for a made to order tailored suit. I was so happy and relieved to have had it all sorted. The team were great and didn't forget about any of the other customers. I don't normally leave reviews but I have to say I will never forget my experience at Salisbury Moss Bros.    We have just bought an Tailor Me suit, fitted by the lovely Katie, she was totally amazing from start to finish. James also helped us by trying on jackets for us for the look for our wedding. They couldn’t do enough for us. Great experience here. Looking forward to its arrival. Thanks guys keep up the good work x
