   I recently bought a Gant polo shirt in the shop, and upon returning home wished I'd bought a second one in another colour. A quick call to the shop, and they took my order over the phone and then very kindly posted out another one to me. It arrived the following day! The people at Chas Baker are exceptionally helpful and efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

   Bit of a hidden gem in Salisbury. They have a really good range of good quality formal and smart-casual button-up shirts (including dress shirts) at sensible prices and seemingly in most sizes. They also sell Barbour jackets, suits and various types of jackets. The member of staff who dealt with me was polite and helpful (both in person and on the phone when I called back with a query). Thoroughly recommended but I must have walked past the shop hundreds of times without ever going inside because the from the outside it looks a bit anonymous and didn’t give me the impression it would stock the sort of clothes I like. Now I know otherwise, I’ll be back when I next need more shirts.

   The customer service is outstanding, considering I believe the owner was the only one in the shop when I arrived and I only had 15 minutes, seemed like an absolute gent and was willing to give me as much advice as possible.

   Went expecting personal service and quality advice. It seemed that showing me the changing room was about the most attention I was going to get! I had to hunt them out, finding them having a private chat at the counter. Seems I’m not the only reviewer to experience this. Thank you Moss Bros for excellent customer service, oh and for getting a sale! When I’m met with poor customer service my wallet stays firmly in my pocket and Chas Baker will not be on my shopping list in future

   I went into Chas H to purchase a dinner suit and accessories on Wednesday of this week. However all the staff were too busy having a good old fashioned chin wag around the desk to be bothered to speak to me. After browsing in the shop I left without any of the staff speaking to me. Vey rude indeed.
