I was struggling within the store so I asked to see a manager. The woman with black hair, supposedly the manager, was sat on the floor laughing with other staff. She then proceed to give me immense amounts of attitude, and rolled her eyes as I walked away, then laughed. I do hope this isn't the stores only manager as the staff would be doomed.
Matalan is a great place to shop and there is lots of free parking. The store was opened today and I got some great bargains in the winter jackets and knitted wears. The staff were helpful as well.
Ample parking space with disabled parking. Clothes well priced for the quality, you need to go there and see for yourself. There is a homes section, and there's a range of clothing for both adults and children. Payment is mostly self checkout with about one or two manned tills with customer service.

Made order on 8th November 2022, says shipped to store on the 14th Nov, I goto store on 18th Nov to see whats happening they say "Apologies but it's STILL in transit". 19th November receive Email saying thank you for your return a refund has been issued!! How can i return when not even received my order, funny how alot of the order was Sale items ready for chrismas, items included underwear which you say Cant be returned,,, so how has this have occured?? Can't order now as either out of stock or prices have increased. If i could have given 0 stars i would have.
When open the store is a great place to visit , great value for items , very polite and helpful staff. Stock well presented. Plenty of dressing rooms ( not able to use due to Covid) . Click and collect service is available and you are kept updated by text to say when recived in store. Remember to use your membership card.
