   I had discovered a defect in colour change in an item of clothing I had purchased from the store and decided to return it. The staff could not have been more helpful and whilst they had never seen such an instance previously were gracious in replacing the said article with new immediately. Whilst I have enjoyed shopping at the store on numerous occasions, this level of customer service was exemplary. 10/10

   Popped in late Saturday evening with my mum and the two ladies working could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to try and find a coat for her. Wish I’d got their names - they are definitely a credit to Joules :) Thank you.
