Everyone with mental health issues should go. Lovely safe space, very welcoming, wide variety of courses and groups from art, to cooking, to gardening, to support groups, game nights etc, AND ITS FREE
it's Always a good Atmosphere there every Thursday evening between 5.30pm till 8.30pm, you can do Art & Crafts, play board game, play card games, like uno etc or you can just chill out & a good conversation with people that attend each Thursday evening, there is Always tea, Coffee (decaf or original) soft drinks + some snacks..
