Excellent service from two members of staff on 18/11. Very helpful for finding sizes and helping with colours. I came in with a different idea but left with a fantastic pair of jeans that I was really happy with. Great atmosphere in the shop. Thumps up 100% for making it a lovely place to shop.
Apologies. I made a mistake on my previous review. Had a hemming for my jeans, they said that the jeans would take 3 weeks but finished under 1 week.
The first time we visited to buy jeans, the service was outstanding. Both staff members were attentive, consistently checked on us, and were friendly and pleasant. However, the second and third visits were disappointing, with a clear drop in service quality—what started as great service quickly turned into a frustrating experience. We wanted some patches sewn onto the back of the jeans. Initially, they were ironed on, but when that didn’t work, the staff offered to sew them on instead, which we agreed to for better durability. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting with this request was unfriendly, dismissive, and didn’t take the time to listen to our concerns or explain the process. When I was later called to pick up the jeans, I encountered the same staff member. He informed me that their tailor had decided how the patches would be applied without consulting us. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this, he dismissed my concerns and seemed entirely unconcerned. Despite having originally paid for a bag with the jeans, he didn’t offer one and handed the jeans over without checking if I was satisfied with the work. Considering the high price of the jeans, this lack of basic courtesy and attention was extremely disappointing. While the actual sewing was well-executed—the patches were neatly attached with no loose threads—it’s frustrating that no one checked with me before proceeding, leaving me no choice but to accept the final result even if I was unhappy with it.
Visited Levi’s in Aberdeen Union Square and was greeted and served by Amy who was AMAZING! Amy is extremely knowledgeable in all the styles at Levi’s and was able to explain to me the differences in each pair and explain the sizing to me. I tried on so many pairs of jeans, Amy was honest and confident and ensured I was able to identify the perfect 2 pairs of Levi’s for me. Will never buy another brand of jeans now! Thank you Amy, you are such an asset to Levi’s Union Square ☺️ It was the best shopping experience I have ever had.

Really helpful staff. Straightforwardly bought exactly what I needed. Couldn't use the app to spend my points which was a bit annoying. But that's not their fault (I believe it was a lack of mobile signal). I'll use it next time.
