Even thought some styles are not the perfect fit for me, manged to pick up a few things for a good price. Staff is always happy to help.

My wife bought some trainers/walking shoes here that were a good price. Stuart, was very helpful and friendly and is an asset to the store. I bought and paid for them but to save carrying around the shops, I left them to pick up later. He took my mobile number in case there was a problem. Couldn't have been more helpful. I picked them up later without a hitch.
Had a wonderful experience speaking with a lovely gentleman. He was very friendly and helpful. Helped me choose a good pair of walking shoes at a good price since I am so indecisive and gave me a friendly discount due to me being a carer, the gentleman said it was the least they could do to help out carers who have worked through the pandemic. Unfortunately didn't catch the man's name although he did say he was the manager. Thankyou for a great experience.
We bought a lot of stuff from James in the Aberdeen store. He helped us pick the right items for us for going to the west coast. He also told us where we could visit. We spent about £400 on all the items we needed including a warm jacket that was perfect for the hike - it was equivalent to the North face one that would have cost £ 300 just for that alone. The coat he recommended was £140 and we bought camping stoves, thermals, two hiking bags - he helped us pick the correct size. hook on cups tops and trousers, walking sticks thermal flasks and a pocket rocket. We were well prepared and pleased with the correct purchases for us starting out. Quality was superior to what we were used to. Much appreciated !! Will be returning to get another pocket rocket as they're lightweight and so handy! Thanks James!!!
