Terrible experience today, on the website it said wilton pavers are closing at 4-30pm we did a 20 mile trip to get there at 3-40pm. The assistant said they were closing at 4pm. I chose some shoes in a hurry and the assistant said I chose to many to take to the stool, I am 74 , had a hip replacement and a fall and wanted sensible shoes. I rushed and bought 2 pairs. Pavers your staff need to be taught manners.
Usually great service however went today having looked up opening hours, which states closing time of 4.30pm. We arrived at 3.30pm, Quite a frosty reception but we knew what we were looking for. We were quickly given options and made our selection. Another customer arrived at 3.40pm and was told they were closing, the customer said it stated 4.30 and was told it was wrong and they couldn't continue to shop the customer persisted was then told they could chose 2 pairs to try on but quite rightly selected more and was then told to stop choosing more to try on. we were then told to hurry to the till at 3.50 still 10 minutes before closing. The service was extremely rude, not at all usual . A colleague looked on without correcting this bad service
Good shoe selection if you've more of a wider foot fitting..., still lots of styles.
Shoes of all sizes, they can even put protection on the footwear now, cost of £3 and reprotect them anytime after purchase. Good quality foot wear and friendly staff to help. Well recommend them, thats why i give them 5.
Average size shoe shop, but very well organized. Clear signs showing entrance and exit according to the COVID precautions. Nice and helpful staff and a very wide choice of men's and women's shoes. Definitely worth visiting if you're in need for a new pair.
Fantastic shoes and excellent customer service. I was struggling to find the right size of a particular pair of shoes, as most had sold out. I called the Wilton store who really helpfully informed me which stores still had the size I needed in stock and was advised to contact Pavers Customer Services to see if the shoes could be sent to me. Not only was this arranged, but the agent I spoke to then cancelled the order I had previously made about 20 minutes earlier as they shoes would have been too small and I'm not awaiting the arrival of the size I needed from their Evesham store. So helpful - I love their shoes anyway but will now always recommend Pavers to anyone for excellent customer service too.
Great shoe place with a good selection and friendly staff. There is a superb selection of women's men's and kids shoes and they have some good offers too. The shop itself is located at the beginning of the shopping centre which in itself provides a good parking and convenient location. If you are looking for a great selection of shoes then look no further
