   Not just for runners! Having seen a private podiatrist I showed Simon the email I was sent detailing all my foot problems. As a result he was able to select a shoe which 100% fit the bill. This is to enable me to walk reasonable distances and prevent further deteriation. So nice to go into a shop and be advised by somebody who knows their subject. Lovely dog too!

   Excellent Service and a Great Experience at Sole Obsession I had a fantastic experience at Sole Obsession on New Year’s Eve. Despite it being a busy day, they stayed open for me when I called, which I really appreciated. I popped in with my old running shoes and a pair I wasn’t getting on with, and they were incredibly helpful in finding a better fit for me. After trying out a few options, I ended up with the perfect pair of shoes that suit me so much better. The atmosphere in the store was great, too. There was a lovely, chill, and friendly dog inside, which added to the charm of the visit. Even being told I had “fat feet” was done in good humor and only added to the personalized service and attention to detail. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’d highly recommend Sole Obsession for anyone looking for expert advice and excellent customer service.

   So I am NOT a runner, just an old(ish) lady with dodgy hips and knees. Simon took the time to measure my feet - first time since Clarks school shoes in the 70's! He found me a great pair of trainers with all the support and stability that I needed, and didn't mention running once! Thanks for putting the spring back in my step!

   The owner is a really lovely man who was happy to give advice with no pressure to buy. My sister and brother in law have done couch to five k and needed appropriate running shoes. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive but advised on shoes that would be suitable. Fantastic highly recommend to starters and serious runners. Thank you for your time and expertise.
