Called into this wee shop unexpectedly and for the first time. Came out with a funky pair of boots from the sale. Very happy to find being size 36 wasn't an issue, which tbh is pretty rare. Lovely chatty assistant too. May very likely call in again when I'm in Stonehaven.
Found an ideal Christmas gift purchase but did not purchase due to unfriendly and offhand customer service along with outdated and uncompetitive refund policy. Had hoped to continue support for local retailers but some are making this particularly difficult.
Unfortunately didn't have my size of shoe in stock but will definitely go back when in the area,, staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Well done.
Took my Granny in on Saturday, two young girls and a more mature lady there, great service, a credit to the shop. My Gran has problems with her feet and has special insoles from hospital so the shoes had to be just right. We were there an hour and a half, the staff were great, taking out lots of different styles for her to try on until we found two pairs she was happy and comfortable with. We couldn't have asked for better service, pleasant and nothing too much trouble. I have no doubt we will be back again.
Love the new DE shoes. I have wide dancers feet and I usually give up on shoes fitting, wading around in anything that I can get into, not to compromise on style of course!! DE have plenty that tick all the boxes to keep my dancing toes happy with Hush Puppies and Rieker....... well crafted style, practicality and comfy, yummy yummy comfort!! At a decent price too :-)
Great selection of shoes for all ages. Staff very helpful, Really happy with the Earth Spirit Casual Shoes I purchased recently. Good to see other popular brands in this shoe shop in Stonehaven. Worth a visit.
