   I called for some advice and the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Because I wasn’t already a client, I was told they wouldn’t assist me. I understand if new cases can’t be taken on, but the attitude and lack of professionalism left a really poor impression.

   Left 3 messages with the local tenancy solicitor at the Newcastle Under Lyme branch. Rang for a 4th time and complained to the receptionist that no one was returning my calls. Finally spoke to the solicitor (a partner according to the website) who was frankly rude and denied receiving any messages on both her mobile and direct line. I was instructed to e mail her my details and she would get back to me. I’m still waiting!! Terrible service avoid and find someone who wants your business

   Terrible experience selling my house. Purple bricks recommended. I had to push them almost daily to do anything even to the point I had 2 or 3 interns? Doing the work of Johnathan Bjorndal who was more of a name (supervisor maybe) than my actual solicitor. The 3rd intern was quite good and found 50% of the things that should have already been done missing.causing last minute chaos for me with the help 2 buy valuations I didn’t know I needed! Wrap that up with them screwing up the settlement amounts and over paying me after exchange (then coming after me with legal demands to repay) - AVOID like the plague!
