   Absolutely brilliant team We had an emergency where we needed a new dishwasher fitting ASAP in Winchester Tash in the office was so helpful and went above board to get us sorted Jason & Reece were fabulous and made us smile through the pain! They had to come back due to a design fault by our original builder but were so helpful and keen to sort everything out for us, can’t praise them enough and know we now have a reliable team should we need anything else in the future

   Aardvark Appliances were absolutely amazing from first to last. As I'm a 53yr old Disabled British Army Veteran, I bought my new washing machine with funding from My Facebooks Regimental (Port & Maritime Association). As I couldn't visit in person, and funding wasn't available for a short period (til a committee members holiday return, and pay in the shop). It was plenty of calls and emails. Trying to source ideal machine, nice price and delivery time etc. So Maggie at Aardvark definitely had plenty of patience, and great at rapid responses to emails etc. She did an amazing job. As did the two young fitters. Who took my old machine, and fitted my new. Knowing I couldn't move any obstruction from front door to machine space. They were perfectly happy to move thing, cause I am unable to due to health. They were done very quickly. Helped tidy the areas affected and placed everything back into place. I wish to say Aardvark was faultless throughout. So I would gladly recommend these guys without hesitation. I would use them again. If my other white goods needed replacing. Thankyou to Maggie and the whole Aardvark team.

   So disappointed. My tumble dryer was flashing red lights and not heating up. A chap from here came to check on it. He took the top and the back apart and said all looks good. I went to clean the filter and while I was gone he said he removed a cover and that the dryer has a better flow now and it's all good and it's nice and hot in there. Stupid of me not to check if it was actually producing heath I just trusted him because he is the one knowing the job. This morning the tumble dryer does not have any hot air while working. I paid £49.50 and still the tumble dryer is not working. If you have them do a job make sure you check the dryer is actually heating don't take their word as true.

   Rude cowboys. They have no idea what they are doing and they make last minute appointments which they don't keep. It's been more than two months now that my washing machine leaks and they haven't fixed it yet. The first time the engineer came around he only checked superficially and found 'nothing' wrong. The second time he found a cracked part. It took three weeks to order the part and he called last minute to make an appointment. We accommodated his request and he never appeared. I called back and they admitted that the engineer didn't come the arranged appointment time 9-1pm but they were very rude and they demanded that we stay in all day to wait for the engineer no matter the time of the appointment. I asked for another appointment and an email to be sent confirming the date and time of the appointment and Aardvark told me that I had an "attitude" and hung up the phone. Don't waste your money to them. They have no idea what they are doing.
