I needed a Samsung washing machine part, so I contacted Harraps and they ordered it for me. My part arrived the next day, so a lot sooner than I expected. I collected it from the shop and the boss was very welcoming, friendly and professional. I will definitely use Harraps in the future.

Needed a cooker oven bracket. Not in stock, ordered, paid and 4 days later call to collect. Price seemed same as cheapest on the Web.
The firm is a complete joke!!! They behaved like a cowboy! They never mentioned the call out charge and the amount; when being asked for the invoice at least 3 times on the phone and email, they never bothered to send me an invoice and a quote for the job!!!! It is just incredible and disgusting how they could conduct biz in this way!!!!
Had them come out and check my washing machine that had died. Told me the sad truth it was destined for the scrap heap and helped me buy a new one and arrange for it to be delivered and installed. The two chaps who installed it for me, Mike and Andy a lovely pair I don’t know how they carried that washing machine and made it look so easy I know for one I couldn’t of done it gave me a quick lesson on how to use it and off they went to the next job
The electrical problem with my hob's fuses was sorted quickly. They then fitted a new hob that same morning and took the old one away. Great customer service.
