My son really enjoys going to taekwondo lessons at this club. We have seen and been to various martial arts clubs, and Creative Ways Taekwondo is a club that delivers above and beyond in so many ways: - If you’re after a fun weekly workout or a healthy hobby to get into, this is it. The lessons have always been fun, creative and effective. My son always comes home after a lesson feeling energised. - If you're keen to learn and level up in a martial arts skill, this is the club. The coaches, Chris and Craig are highly skilled, experienced and passionate about teaching the taekwondo art to others. Skills/experience/passion aside, they’ve got a great way of connecting with everyone, my son says after each lesson he "always gets something valuable to take away". - If you are looking for a safe space to train - physically and psychologically - this is the place. Great quality mats and taekwondo equipment, a welcoming vibe and inclusive culture, and loads of helpful positive feedback. - Soft skill bonus. The camaraderie within the club is strong – members help and empower each other. The coaches lead with kindness and confidence – great soft skill influence for the young ones. Overall, great value-for-money. I’d highly recommend anyone giving their free lessons a go and see for yourself.

Really lovely, friendly group. Provides enjoyable coaching for any level of taekwondo. Pushes students to do well and to improve in line with the structure and focus of taekwondo. Teaches students focus, breath work and to recall set exercises in order to move up in their level and achieve their next belt.

Creative Ways Taekwondo has been a fantastic club for my two daughters, who started their martial arts journey here three years ago as white belts. Since then, they’ve made incredible progress and are both well on their way to achieving their black belts in the upcoming gradings. Chris and his team have created a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment that caters to members of all ages. Their approach not only helps students build their skill and discipline in taekwondo but also equips them with invaluable self-defence techniques and life skills. Highly recommended for anyone looking to start or continue their martial arts journey in a positive and encouraging setting.

My daughter has been training with Creative Ways taekwondo since she was 5, so almost 10 years. The difference this has made to her life has been astounding. She is fit, strong and agile, and she is brimming with a confidence that spills over into her daily life. Chris is an amazing coach and an absolutely awesome human being in general, as are all the other coaches, and they work diligently to bring out the very best in every single student, whatever their background. Taekwondo isn’t just a sport, it trains people on how to focus their body and their minds, teaches them how to protect themselves and above all else, Creative Ways brings together it’s own supportive little community. I really can’t praise this club more.

I started taekwondo in my early 30s, having last done it when I was about 10 - so I was slightly apprehensive about getting back in to it. It was clear from the outset what a great club this would be. The instructors are incredibly passionate and I can always tell how much care and attention goes in to the lesson plans. There are so many 'above-and-beyonds' with this club: great equipment; an app that we for sharing tips and progress; structured meetings where anyone can be involved in the direction of the club; social events and more. I got back in to taekwondo because I felt like I needed to stretch a bit after long hours at an office desk. In addition to my improved posture and flexibility, my fitness is great, my balance has improved, I sleep better, I'm much stronger and I feel confident that I can defend myself. In summary, joining this club has been such a positive experience and I would absolutely recommend anyone else to do the same!
