When collecting at click and collect it would help if the member of staff actually served the 3 sets of customers waiting, rather than chatting to her friend.
I was truly shocked to find how dirty this store is! The safety shields at the checkouts are dusty and smeared, the checkout area itself including the payment card machines are thick of dust and grime, the floors look like they haven’t been hoovered and cleaned in weeks. Very concerning in times like these.
Went in looking for a new top and had the most amazing assistant help me find 4 options to try on. Highly recommend the elgin staff, all friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
