   This place is so bad I'm astonished they're still trading. The food is revolting, it's saturated in grease and the woman in charge is a deeply unpleasant person.

   Worst Chinese ever. The food was burnt, tasted of charcoal, rice and noodles inedible. Meat burnt. Onions and veg all beyond crispy. Helpful as eve on the phone. When I spoke on the phone I said I will bring the food back as its disgusting and she said don't come in because it will embarrass the chef!! Do not eat from here.

   Ordered delivery. Phoned 3 times to ask where my order was, no response. When arrived the driver’s customer service was abysmal. Food was warm so that’s a plus , but chips were very soggy. Seaweed was nice . But chicken chow mein wasn’t all that , pretty bland and no crunch of the onions or bean sprouts

   We have just had a very late delivery. The salt and pepper squid and quarter crispy duck were barely warm. The rest of the meal was just about warm as the driver was sent to the wrong address. In addition, the squid was chewy and the crispy duck was inedible AGAIN … I have therefore requested a refund the cost of these items. £11.80 +£7.40 = £19.20. I have ordered from them several times as does my daughter but unless we receive the refund or credit against a further order we will not order from them again.

   Food just left on doorstep. BBQ sauce and ribs were missing. Seaweed was all burnt but covered on top with a small nice bit to make you think it was good for the price of seaweed there is no excuse for it to be burnt. Chicken ball batter was not cooked properly. Will not be using again

   AVOID!!!! Would not want to even give this '' business'' one star! Ordered this evening at 5.49, after 2 hours my food had not been delivered! Tried calling multiple times at this point and no one answered. 2 hours 40 minutes later rode my bike there to be screamed at and verbally abused by the terrible woman running the place who was also delivering food. She offered no explanation or apology , sweared at me and even tried to smack my phone out of my hand when I tried to show my order details and tried to find out what had happened to my food I had paid for. Vile place which I have just realised has only 1 star for food hygiene and owner was arrested last year for stabbing someone! Awful place, will never go back!

   Barely edible, it tasted as though it at all been fried in very old grease, it coated the food in a stale taste leaving most of it inedible. Prawn toast was completely burned and rock solid, prawn balls were in a similar condition. This takeaway used to be good, but It’s now one of the worst, definitely avoid!

   The food Turned up late. I was struggling to unlock the door, I heard a huff and then she put the food on the floor and walked off. I got the curry out and there was 3 tiny bits of chicken, 3 tiny bits of beef and a couple bits of pork, then the whole thing was filled up with mushrooms onions and on top of that the actual curry sauce tasted disgusting. Spent 15 mins trying to get through on the phone to them. And when I finally did the lady was extremely rude on the phone. Laughing at me patronisingly and arguing with the chef. The little bit of meat that was in the curry tasted like jerky Coz it was so overdone and dry. When I asked why there was hardly any meat, she replied the chef said there is some in it and that's that and it's not worth arguing with the chef over. 1 extremely unhappy customer and will never Be ordering from them again
