   The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the staff did their best. Sitting for coffee is meant to be relaxing, but coffee here will test your patience beyond normal limits. Too many online orders, which seem to take priority, which I think is unfair. Over 20 minutes queuing, and I'm about 12th in line for my drink now I've actually been served. Soulless experience where you realise starbucks don't give a damn about customer experience

   Absolutely terrible service! Slow and a can’t be bothered attitude left my food on the side to get cold whilst making another toastie for 10 minutes coffee tastes burnt and horrible and when challenging the staff member saying the atomosphere is awful she comes back with “i know” wouldn’t recommend to anyone go costa it’s cheaper and friendlier!

   Nothing about my visit here today was acceptable. I ordered coffee, only having to wait over 30 minutes for my drinks, it wasn't even busy. I asked about my order and they didn't have any idea. Ended up having to throw it together, poorly and rushed. To make it worse they messed up the orders and look at me with complete distain when I asked for them to correct my order. Avoid

   You need a cleaning or clean up service during the day. Especially for the busy time of year that is upon us. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty, tables needed cleaning & the seats had to be wiped down before we could even sit. I know the "customers are at fault for the mess they leave behind" but surely there is then work created for just holiday season to deal with this issue. I would think twice about stopping in this particular store whilst I am doing my Christmas shopping.

   The lady that served us, was lovely. Friendly, inviting and generally a lovely lady. She also makes fantastic coffees. We had the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso. Very yummy. Will definitely be back.
