Coffee and pastries are not bad! Giving it a 5 starts because of the old chap barista customer service, very accommodating and helpful, very clean!

Got a hot chocolate while waiting for a friend. I wasn't expecting much but it was the nicest hot chocolate I've had at a train station cafe before. Not fancy but it was perfect

I wish I could give negative star to the Service. Behaviour was very rude, pathetic and very arrogant. The coffee is not that great. Even she charged me extra for my coffee. Never go here even you are in hurry to catch the train. Grab it from costa coffee opposite of station. Worst customer service ever by the girl at cafe on Saturday evenings

Bacon and cheese pannini, Ice tea and a bag of crisps Β£10.90 !! The pannini was a joke, most it was bread as they had only cut halfway through it on its length, 1 piece of bacon and a couple of bits of cheese. As someone else mentioned, if it had been prepared and fillings sufficient, then we would not mind paying the extorionate prices they charge. Reminds me of the days when ready made sandwiches were mass produced, lots of filling where you can see, absolutely none on the inside. Going to vote with my feet, WILL NOT BE BACK.

Staff provide great service. It's the prices that let destino down. They have a monopoly at rail stations and a coffee there is more expensive than a Starbucks so if taking a train go and get a "proper coffee" instead. Sandwiches and rolls are also pricey but are freshly made and have taste to them. All in all swallow your pride and take a packed lunch or pop in Saintsburys instead.

Wasn’t expecting much from a Station Cafe. They excelled themselves in going lower than I expected. Service was slow off the mark and greeting non existent. Ordered my drink but there was no real communication coming back from the server. I received a large cup of hot milk with a bit of coffee in the bottom. A Flat White is to be served to the ratio of 1/3 Espresso to 2/3 Milk. I got 1/8 Espresso to 7/8 Milk. For some reason these shops think they can mess with the amounts they serve. I didn’t ask for a bigger drink, I expect it served as it’s meant to be. If you’re not going to bother doing it properly, shut up shop and go home. Give someone else the chance to do it properly! Bloody extortionate prices too! Drink went over the tracks as it was disgusting, thanks for nothing!

Asked for a hot peppered pastry to be heated up seemed to be a chore and was given back to me cold. I would have taken it back but my train was from a different platform so I did not want to miss my train. As a result food was inedible
