Terrible customer service. Overpriced food and drink. Lady who made the coffee Sarah (if I remember the name right) was not intuitive at all with customer needs even though the entire café had 3 seated customers. Snobby and arrogant owner who rudely offered me a refund and stupid of me to have not accepted cos I was in shock with their terrible customer service while managing my toddler who was handed a watery cold chocolate in the middle of December saying “I tried not to make it hot” at least it should’ve been warm!! Owner doesn’t bother to reply to complaints via her own website. I visited same time last year but held myself back from writing a negative review and decided to make my POV known now only cos Google prompted me to review this place and I’d take tht as a sign from the universe. I’d not even give this place 1 star if tht option was available!!
Very poor. We were told to sit outside and a member of staff would come to us. After five minutes waiting I collected two menus, a further ten minutes later after two members of staff had acknowledged our table, there was still no service. Tables around us were uncleared and grubby. We left, hungry, disappointed and unimpressed.
Visited today with my daughter during our work 1 hour lunch break. After getting the attention of staff that we were there, we was given a menu and sat down. 20 minutes later our order had not been taken. I'm afraid the service was too slow do we had to leave. Its a shame as we loved it when they were in Dummer

Good food, cakes and coffee anf lovely views over fields. Good place to meet friends and a nice gift shop
A Fabulous place to meet friends, have lunch, tea or coffee and homemade cakes. Whether walking, cycling, driving, you are always welcomed by the friendly staff. Yummy food fills you to the brim, comfy seating to chat with friends. Our four legged friends feel at home aswell as our kids with the secure play area. Sadly moving away from the area means I will miss this place so much. Thanks Sash x
Delicious food and drinks in a comfortable setting. Our toddler loved the toy play area.
