Superb collection of beers, many local ales and lager. Love a traditional pub, and really great atmosphere when the rugby is on.
The Crispin is an excellent traditional pub. It's not trying to be anything other than a pub which serves very good beer, which it is. Generally acknowledged to serve the best real ale in Wokingham. It doesn't serve food other than crisps etc but they're happy for you to bring your own in if you buy a drink. It has a great duke box, which is a rarety these days. It varies in terms of being busy or quiet but I've always found the other customers to be friendly. Bar staff are very nice.
Very reasonable Wokingham pub, good selection of beers- pretty standard for all other drinks. Nice garden out back, could do with updating the toilets but otherwise clean and usable! Love the shelf of books, any pub with a mini library is 4☆ territory IMO.

Nice pub and what's making this pub nice are nice people coming there. I was there first time I felt were welcomed not only by stuff but especially by other customers.

15 century building with outdoor seating and garden where you can brink your own food. Dog and children friendly.
