Maya and Lydia served us! They were both friendly and happy and made our experience very enjoyable

We had such a lovely evening at The Oakingham Belle. The food was delicious and the whole atmosphere was great. Elouise looked after us so well, she was a brilliant waitress, she was warm, helpful, and made sure my mum’s allergy was considered. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be returning!

Best roast for miles, very good pricing. Served quickly despite how busy it was. DEFINITELY visiting again, soon!

Th service was horrendous. Following placing our order, we waited 55 mins before our food arrived! When it arrived, it was warm but not hot as you would expect. Waitress acknowledged the length of time we had to wait but was unable to provide an explanation why there was such a delay. Food was edible but nothing special at all- we would def not return.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Oakingham Belle. I ordered the kids’ roast sirloin, which was perfect for a lighter portion. The beef was tender and delicious, though I would’ve loved a second slice! It came with a golden Yorkshire pudding, seasonal greens, peas, maple-roasted carrots and parsnips, garlic & herb roast potatoes, and plenty of gravy β€” all really well-cooked and comforting. (No red cabbage on mine today, but everything else was spot on.) Partner had the Trio of Roasts, which looked like a proper feast β€” beef, pork, and turkey with all the classic sides. His dad went for the turkey roast and said the meat was very moist with a good helping overall. Drinks-wise, I had lime cordial with sparkling water, and the guys had Pepsi. The total bill came in under Β£50 for the three of us, which was great value for a relaxed Sunday meal. The staff were friendly, the service was efficient without being rushed, and the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. Definitely one to revisit β€” especially for the roast!

Visited this pub twice on a weekend away....it was across the road from the hotel we stayed at. Well decorated cosy pub, staff were friendly, atmosphere was good. Had a quick drink on the first visit and a Sunday lunch on the second but ending home. I had a turkey roast, and my partner had the pork roast. I asked for a kids/small turkey roast, which was an excellent size for a small eater. Beautiful cooked and well presented. Ordered a cauliflower cheese to share, which was nicely cheesy and saucy. All of our party thought it was lovely.

The Oakingham Belle is a new pub in Wokingham just off the A329M via London Road. The pub is vibrant and bright inside with a lovely relaxing feel. Lots of tables to choose from for your meal with a good selection of drinks including ales. The staff are friendly, polite and attentive. This is also a dog friendly pub for those with four legged friends. There are also televisions with the football or similar playing. On the day it was Sunday so I went for the mixed roast. This is a big meal and comes in at 1700 kcals! The Yorkshire pudding the best I have had and the pork crackling … oh yes. The meal was really good but the only slight let down was the beef which was just too chewy and hard to cut. I put this down to bad luck on the day. At the end I gave the waitress (?) some feedback and was reminded if I had said she could have got a replacement from the kitchen - one to remember, I simply wasn’t thinking. The food really was good though so I’m going back. Ale I had was Old Empress - perfect example of an ale and was spot on consistency wise. Recommended. Little gem.

One of the best Sunday roast I had in awhile ! The lamb was so tender and juicy ! The portions were massive ! Very friendly and helpful staff , always so polite and ready to help … worth the 1.5 hr from Bournemouth. Can’t wait to come back soon and try the rest of the menu

Friendly and cozy ambiance. Nice and helpful staff. It can get quite busy during evenings, so i recommend booking in advance, especially if you are a larger group. Average prices. Good stakes. Indoor and outdoor sitting. The fries weren't the best, though.

I booked online whilst on our way just in case it was busy, was straight forward and received the confirmation immediately. Only popped in for lunch to catch up with a friend, staff were very nice and welcoming. We had fish & chips and burger & chips which were both pretty good. The portion size was fine for a lunch but this was off the main menu, I think I'd feel a little dissapointed if I were to have this as my main meal for the day compared to the price which was around Β£15 each. Just a little pricey for me.
