From a planning perspective Howdens were great. They gave recommendations and were helpful. From a price point, they held up their price promise and matched. Biggest Issue: upon the delivery of the kitchen our joiners have had nothing but issues. Howdens sent several of the wrong parts and even now we’re waiting on items. Planning and pricing might be great but reality is, implementation isn’t. Support from staff has also not been great once the kitchen was paid for and delivered.

Staff helpful and informative managed to get ball rolling on plans v. Quickly. Quality items.
Good service planning our kitchen. Unfortunately there were a couple of errors which came to light when fitting it, but our joiner liaised with the kitchen designer who swapped things out and got replacement bits sorted etc.
