I called with a suspected nail in my tyre and they were kind enough to offer me a slot the same day. They took the time to thoroughly check the car, reassured me that there was no nail, and didn’t charge me anything at all for the trouble. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Really great service — I would highly recommend them
Glenn and the other gentleman in the Woodley branch were excellent. I had the wrong tyre the first time. They helped me reorder and sorted out the fitting first thing the next day. Great guys, great service. Highly recommended.
Needed new tyre, had sliced side wall. Excellent, kind, professional service from my call to order a tyre to match the other three (help given to ensure right tyre), to the young men who served us and fitted tyre. We noticed similar kind service and good advice for least expensive tyre option given to an elderly man served before us, doing only a very few miles a wk.
Rang up at 8:30 in the morning about a slow puncture. Told me to come straight in, replaced the tyre promptly, didn't try and sell me extra things and charged a reasonable price. Great Service.
Decent experience, staff were nice and pleasant to deal with, tyres done quickly enough (20ish mins for the front pair) and in my mind a decent price (paid online in advance). This is also considering I had to change my appointment last minute because my car battery died the morning I was originally supposed to go. From my experience today, I'd recommend this place.
Useless company. Ordered and paid for 4 tyres online to be fitted, only three delivered (fair enough, these things happen) but refused to fit the three good ones until the fourth came in stock and happy to send the car away with cords showing. All down to their own admin issues. Won’t ever be using them again and will be spreading the word.
It's all in the title of the shop. The wonderful gentelman in the shop looked after me while taking me through what they were doing and helping me understand the repair i needed. Very friendly and would reccomend for all your tyre needs.
Fantastic support from Louis and the team, very helpful, showed clearly what had happened to my old tyre, replaced it quickly and was back on the road all within 20 minutes. Would recommend.
I had 2 tyres replaced and my tracking realigned. Louie is professional, polite and friendly. I was impressed with the high standard of customer service and will definitely be using them again next time I need tyres or brakes.
I can't praise this place highly enough. I called 45 mins before they closed on a Saturday and Louie said to bring the car down for them to have a look. His skill and speed in changing my tyres, as well as his manner and customer service were all exceptional. Not only will I be going back to Just Tyres, I will also be telling my friends to go there.
