I bought parts through their eBay account, when I collected them I had a few questions and the customer service, the wealth of knowledge and willingness to help out truly went above and beyond.
Excellent customer service from Travin sorting out replacement parts for my Lambretta Dellorto carb. Went to the parts-store and measured all the bits I needed to ensure they were a correct fit. 10/10.
I recently was struggling to find a bracket for a carb I had from purchasing a car, I messaged asking to see if it was available, and Travin went over and above to accommodate my requests as at the time the original bracket was unavailable so he looked at other similar diagrams and even physical brackets to see if any would fit, after this didn’t work he contacted Weber directly where he then managed to get a code and cost to purchase the bracket. Travin was extremely helpful and has helped me get a crucial part for my carb (bracket causing issues for reference)
One of my DHLAs had a damage to the cover of the float chamber. Eurocarb offers a repair service. The entire process (communication, suggestions and processing of the purchase) was transparent, comprehensible and came with fair prices. Real professionals with whom it is fun to solve problems - my high respect

Bought a set of Weber Ict 34 carbs for a race car rebuild. Out of the box the butterfly plates were scoring and getting stuck inside the barrels and not closing properly. I asked for a replacement but they refused as I had purchased them over a year ago. The fact they were still brand new in the box and the years of previous custom counted for nothing of course! They said we would have a look so I sent them back which I now regret agreeing to. They adjusted the butterflies on the shafts and sent them back to me. This was after talking nonsence about over tightening...(the fact that they were a mess out of the box seemed lost on them) I hadnt even tightened a linkage or ran them in the garage so I needn't mention the 20 years working on the same type carbs without over tightening. I Fitted them on my race car and the play in the shafts is infuriating. Leaking fuel around the pump lever also. Very dissapointing especially considering the custom I have given them over the years. Will be going elswhere now to replace this mess.
