   They were fantastic from start to finish… the chap who came to collect my car was friendly & polite. Then once he took it I got updates via text to say it had arrived at, then again when it was in the yard being looked at.. in between the text updates I what’s being call by a lovely friendly lady called Danielle. She was updating me on the progress of the car. Once the car was back … and it came back quickly, the work on it looks amazing and you would never know a dent and scratch had been there. Can fault this company at Reading, would 100% use them again.

   Daniella communicated efficiently and was very polite and helpful. The estimated date for return of my vehicle was December however was done within 2 weeks and dropped back to my courtesy car location for a quick and easy swap! Highly recommend :)

   I discovered my car had been hit on the left hand side over the wheel arch. I have no idea when this happened as I had been out and about all weekend. I telephoned my insurance company who then gave my the number of their perferred repairer. Autotech of Reading. A completely painless procedure from start to finish. Starting from the knowledgable, helpful, professional and extremely pleasant Customer Service Department. The lovely Daniella and Kerry just took control of what was going to happen. I had no worries as to what was going to happen. They telephoned me after a few days to inform me what day they believe the car to be ready for collection. I also had updates in the following days. My car was repaired ahead of schedule and looked perfect plus the repair is guaranteed for 5 years. This is the lovely touch, it was handed back shiny after being cleaned. Well done to Autotech, supurb service you offer.

   These guys were an absolute pleasure. From the minute they got the work to repair through insurance its been a breeze. constant communication from everyone. Assessors called to make sure everything was covered. all 4 wheels were sorted so were all matching afterwards. previous owner had replaced side skirts with aftermarket, so they put oem brand new ones on BOTH sides. they literally went above and beyond. the car quite literally looks loads better than it did before the knock. its come back immaculate inside and out. I cant thank them enough! Keep up the top work guys and thanks again to everyone involved!!

   Someone ran into the back of me and their insurer pointed me on to Autotech, and boy am I glad they did. I had originally been offered a repair by the insurer's own repair specialists but they couldn't start for a month so I requested an alternative and along came Autotech to the rescue. There were a number of things that impressed me, to start with the excellent communication whether it was by email, telephone, text or in person. The best thing was that clearly these guys work well together are very professional and seem to really enjoy doing what they do. Whole heartedly recommend Autotech to anyone.

   Having recently lost a battle with a Deer that decided to run out in front of me I found myself in a very unfortunate situation. My car, a modified Jag was not carrying standard bodywork and was fitting with an aftermarket body kit conversion. This I believed would present a problem for the guys at Autotech. However, Kerry, Stuart and the rest of the team went above and beyond to return my vehicle to me presented in such a way it that I truly believe looks better than what it did before the road kill decided to modify it. The car was back to me in half (yes half) the time I was given to expect from the insurance company. 5 weeks not 12! Kerry kept me updated with progress and status reports on a regular basis and Stuart detailed to me all the technical information of what was happening. I would totally recommend Autotech to anyone needing automotive repairs. Thank you for getting me on the road and making the car shiny again !

   Autotech Reading came Volvo Assist recommended and were immediately helpful and friendly. Assessment of the damage to our car was speedy and professional, with the report and images emailed through within minutes. Telephone updates were regular and finally the work was high quality, with the car returned to perfect condition and no subsequent issues, with Kerry from their front-of-house making follow up calls to ensure satisfaction. So an overall great service and I would certainly use again should circumstances require. Highly recommended!

   I cannot thank Auto Tech for the excellent job they have performed on my vehicle.This Company was recommended by my insurance Company and it certainly is no surprise. Firstly I would like to thank Kerry the receptionist who accepted the booking of my vehicle and the crew who not only inspected but also forwarded me the damage report with photos. Keeping me in touch of the progress of the work, and finally notifying when to collect car. AND this also included a courtesy car. How can you better that? All in All HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to ANYONE needing bodywork repaired. Thank you all, once again.
