The floors were dirty and covered with rubbish, tables were left uncleared, and there was literally nowhere to put our coffees. The entire place felt neglected and unhygienic. The overall environment was filthy, and the service was equally poor. This is not the standard I expect from a café chain, and I won’t be returning.

Hot coffee always tasted good but understaffed wait ages for coffee I ordered takeaway but was given a cup for dine in not what I ordered Had few drinks other days unfortunately I prefer other coffee shops with better smiles.

Coffee was hot but that’s where the good stuff ends . Tables were unclean but if it’s busy I understand that and happy to clean myself. What is not expected is unpleasant and off ish customer service. No please or thank you , no smiles and seamed to hate her job . That’s all fine but when paying premium prices for coffees you don’t expect that low level of service. With her pin in noise she was cold and dismissive that made for an unpleasant experience at cafe Nero Winchester. We will give her a swerve if we ever decide to return to this branch.

The flat white (chocolate sprinkle per my request) is so lovely. Sorry I spoiled the latte artwork (though they are still partially visible). I look forward to visiting again.

Broken bathroom - spend a few quid fixing the bin and soap dispenser. The shop appears busy enough to make the cost worth it.

The coffee was nice and the place is clean and welcoming. The staff are really efficient and friendly too. The best part is they allow dogs in. Now, we don't have a dog but this policy allows for great entertainment. As we were leaving we got to see a very posh man wrestle his greyhound who had stolen his panini. It was worth the visit for that alone.

I am coming here as they are open longer than other coffee shops which are much better than this chain. If you come over go for the Brazilian blend for extra few pence to manage drinking your coffee and avoid the decap is undrinkable. I feel the staff should be better trained on how to make the coffee because low beens quality can be more drinkable if the right hands are making the coffee. The easy-going environment and friendly staff are a plus, as also the used coffee given for free for gardening.

Good example of Cafe Nero chain. Very busy when I visited. Staff were coping but there was a queue for service and some potential customers gave up before reaching the service point. Clean but there are signs of wear and tear, not so bad as to make you think twice about visiting.
