   Grumpiest dude ever working here today. I smiled said hi how are you asked for coffee literally not a word or a smile just looked at me like I was some alien and coughed into his hand as he made my coffee and didnt clean it before continuing. Almost walked away. Being friendly and kind can make all the difference, maybe try some customer service lessons man.

   I was on my way to work yesterday when I realised that I left my headphones at home. I started to panic with the thought of actually having to converse with my colleagues when I discovered this cafe sold wireless headphones. Day saved. Not the highest quality but for £25 you can’t grumble. I bought a phone charger last year too. Staff are always friendly when I’m buying lunch or a coffee.

   Got made an amazing salted caramel frappe! The staff is incredibly welcoming, when I stopped by after my lunch train commute, I was given excellent service by a employee called Madiso, whom of which I had a nice conversation with. Will absolutely be coming back here when I make journeys to and from Winchester.
