    Wouldn't recommend because of how they treat their customers. Dave, not realizing he was speaking to the owner of the car proceeded to moan about me calling me a ditherer etc. I was actually doing what Alex had told me to do about contacting my insurance about recovery. When I pointed out I was the owner Dave apologized but it was too late by then. After Diagnostics I recovered the car to another garage to carry out the repair because if they talk about clients like that behind their backs they won't get my money

    Took my Audi A3 Convertible in to diagnose a rattle sound. After they diagnosed the problem as the dual mass flywheel I authorised the work and now my car is good as new thank you.

    Took my car in for an inspection, said that they could not diagnose the full problem without taking the gearbox out to check what was wrong as it could have been gearbox damage or an electrical fault, and sent me a quote of £3480 to have the whole gearbox reconditioned and fitted which is worth the value of my car. £95 wasted.

    I took them my 2015 BMW 2 series grand tourer, gear box needed completely refurbishing, they explained it all well, were upfront & honest on price, one of the cheapest ones who actually wanted to fix problem not rip & replace expensive parts. Really great service & appreciated.

    I had my Skoda Fabia VRS DSG gearbox repaired for 3.3k where Skoda refused to repair it in the first place but replace it for 6000+ £ with a brand new one. All it had was a slow leak. These guys seem to be reasonable and know what can be done with these complicated gearboxes. They provide reasonable warranty. It took them 2 weeks to get the job done, but they managed just on the deadline before I had to leave the country for a while. Hopefully no more issues with it and they even provide service for less than 200£. I will definitely use them again for my service and occasional check if I am in the area.

    what a great conident friendly buisness i arrived 8oclock in the morning waited untill 8.30 for it to open and they didnt finish untill 1 in the afternoon ,and still one of the nicest experiences iv had in a garage ,to everyone there and not forgetting the owners, many many thanks to all of you i will shout you from the roof tops .....perry ps amazed at the price and the workmanship the gearbox feels like butter

    Absolutely atrocious I could not recommend them any less. I went to them for a fault with my Audi A6 transmission 8 months ago and it still has not been fixed. Very unprofessional!!

    I was having issues with my Golf DSG so took it into VW who quoted me over £5K for a new gearbox! The team at 3D reconditioned mine for around £3.5K. Great service provided at a great price. I would recommended this garage to anyone needing transmission repairs.
