   I shop there most weeks and it's getting worse. Food is nearly out of date but still selling it at full price. The staff barge into you or don't move aside when they are doing the click and collect. Staff don't move so you can look at an item. They used to take in a good seller (they went really quick off the shelves) of kitchen rolls but now only the larger stores stocks it. Some staff on the tills are rude. Hurrying the items through and when you ask if they can slow down you get a look of disgust or a 'tut'. The school kids or kids from clubs that pack your shopping is getting worse. The kids don't move away when you refuse the help, the parents or guardians are shouting and laughing at customers. The stand in a huddle and don't move out of the way for anyone. On a recent trip there a nice lady on the tills said she was sick of the parents acting like it's night club, shouting, swearing and arguing with the kids. Not the best experience of a supermarket.

   Because my son pointed to the scratch card, I was refused to get one. This is ridiculous. It is obvious that the child wouldn't be able to receive any price if he or she will win some money. I can still bay any scratchcard online. What is the point of doing silly rules,

   You couldn't buy anything in Tesco today because there was a storm. There were no vegetables, fruit, meat, bread or eggs. There was no basic food. Tesco is a British company. What is most interesting is that Lidl is a German company, but you can get everything there. This is a very big minus for Tesco.

   Yes the shelves are stocked but it’s difficult to see what with? It’s quite obvious that standards have slipped, don’t they get taught anything about presentation? If it’s this shoddy here then I can fully understand other reviewers comments regarding staff attitudes and lack of customer service. Poor show Tesco, get your act together!

   It is very inconvenient the changing rooms being permanently closed this is putting people about having to buy two different sizes then having to return what is not suitable. Certainly not customer satisfaction.

   I was slapped by a worker after I asked them where the whipped cream and scissor isle was. They swore profane words at me. I'm not certain but I think their name was John. Apart from that really good supermarket and great prices!
