   Not sure this company exists - website photos are not accurate to actual location and seemed to be a few other businesses operating out of the premises. The alignment work was actually subbed out to another garage and they weren't able to complete the work. Car came back worse than when put in Edit - in response to owner. Alignment bolts seized and 4 wheel alignment needed was the work request, so this was clearly stated up front. All communication was done with Tony who gave me a different business card (1st Class MOT Centre Ltd) signs of 'Wheel Alignment Reading' is nowhere to be seen on the garage. Tony said that his work bay was out of action so he had to get someone else to do it. As he handed me the hunter laser alignment printout he was tipexing the Merityre business address out. Tony's suggestion was to bring the car back so that he could use his low oxygen burner to heat the bolt up even more to unseize it - I didn't like that idea (as this can lead to welding the bolt) and suggested a replacement tie Rod - which was then agreed as the course of action. Tony claimed the Alignment was within tolerance but the car now pulled heavily to the left and the steering wheel was no longer centralised so had to be held to the right to drive in a straight line. This was blamed on 1 bolt still being seized, but - if you know the bolts are seized, why try adjusting alignment before unseizing all of the bolts? Yes, I was not charged and appreciate the time you spent in the car - but that is normal practice for an unsuccessful alignment. I did also lose a day and 2 taxi fares, so neither of us did well out of this. The actual fix has been done by another garage who cut off the front end of the steering rack and put a new axial Rod and tie Rod end.
