The guys at Elite Autocenter have done an awesome job on my car, what we thought was 1 issue turned out to be many and they've done a great job at keeping me informed and expectations realistic throughout the whole process. They've been friendly and polite and explained all the ins and outs of what was needed to be done, answering the multitude of questions I had without being rude or making me feel like I was being fobbed off, which for a girl going to an autorepair shop isn't what I've had in the past! Absolutely amazing service. Faulty alternator quoted by main dealer £880+VAT and wanted the car for 3 days, done by Elite Cars for £330 in 24hr without a booking. What can I say... Will be using them again.
Excellent, honest clear explanations, go out of their way to do the right thing by you and your car. Found by accident as worked nearby, they saved me hundreds when replacing the steering rack on my little Ford Ka. Quality work.
